The shutter speed is too slow or the focus point misses, so the image shakes or lands on the wrong spot.
How we fix it
The mentor trains you to choose a shutter speed that matches the motion and lock focus on the right point, then test live until it is sharp.
Shooting at midday under harsh light

An overhead sun creates sharp shadows and squinting faces, leaving excessive contrast.
