The form page has only five fields. Two cover location, country and city, and for city you pick Batam. The other three are contact details: mobile number, email and name. Then check your inbox: the EduPoint email carries an explanation and a button for creating a tutor account.

Sign in to Eduprima Tutor(About 13 minutes)
The button in the email opens the Eduprima Tutor page. Sign in with a Google account whose email is exactly the one from the form, then choose a password. The next screen shows the tutor working terms, followed by basic details and your teaching city.

Upload documents, complete your profile, take the modules(Estimates: modules about 2 hours; profile 20 minutes and class setup 15 minutes; document upload 5 minutes)
The documents page has three upload slots: UIB student card or diploma, profile photo and KTP. The next pages ask you to complete your profile and set up your classes. Last come seven e-learning induction modules.

Requirements to teach while studying at Universitas Internasional Batam

Basic requirements
- You have finished senior high school or its equivalent; that is the lowest education accepted. Active UIB students, undergraduate or master's, may apply.
- A solid grasp of what you plan to teach.

- A valid UIB student card (KTM) if you are currently enrolled. Graduates upload their most recent diploma instead.

- A photo of your KTP (national ID), taken from the physical card.

Is this opening only for UIB students?
No. This page addresses Universitas Internasional Batam students, but the opening is the general Batam tutor listing. UIB alumni and people outside the university can apply through it too, with at least a senior high school education or equivalent.

How do I fit tutoring around my classes at UIB?
You take only the teaching opportunities whose schedule suits you. Sessions last 60, 90 or 120 minutes and can be booked between 06.00 and 23.00, so there are slots before morning class and after evening class.
Do I have to travel to the learner's home?
It depends on the opportunity you take. EduPoint lessons are held at the learner's home or online. For in-person lessons in Batam you arrange your own transport: motorbike, TransBatam or ride-hailing.
