Online UTBK Tutoring to Reach Your Dream PTN

Many parents and students worry that UTBK preparation is less serious when done over a screen, yet the experience of thousands of SNBT contenders shows the opposite. The key lies in delivery. The UTBK scoring system uses Item Response Theory (IRT) which differs from conventional scoring. In IRT, there is no negative scoring for wrong answers. Correct answers get 1 point, wrong or unanswered get 0.

The 2026 UTBK-SNBT cycle has finished. Its order, per SNPMB's official calendar (snpmb.id/jadwal-penting):

- January to early April: SNPMB accounts were created between 12 January and 7 April 2026. - Late March: UTBK-SNBT Registration March 25 - April 7, 2026, with fee payment closing on 8 April 2026. - Mid April: participant cards were downloadable 11 - 15 April 2026. - Late April: UTBK Examination April 21 - 30, 2026. - Late May: SNBT Results Announcement May 25, 2026, after which certificates stayed downloadable until 31 July 2026.

As of 25 September 2026 SNPMB has not announced the 2027 dates. Read the order above as the yearly rhythm, and confirm the exact dates on snpmb.id once the new schedule is published.

What this means for online classes: the session plan is built backwards from late April. Online sessions run from 06:00 to 23:00, so practice sets can sit in the evening, clear of school hours.

Rules of the 2026 cycle: the UTBK fee was 200 thousand rupiah, paid to SNPMB (KIP-Kuliah category 1 holders were exempt), and each candidate can sit UTBK only once a year.
