One participant, one mentor, supporting your LPDP selection preparation end to end: mapping goals and choosing a campus, crafting essays and a study plan, practicing the scholastic aptitude test, to simulating the substantive interview. Guided by master's and doctoral graduates, anywhere online.

LPDP scholarship mentoring is one-on-one private guidance to prepare for the selection of the LPDP Scholarship (Lembaga Pengelola Dana Pendidikan), the Indonesian government scholarship for master's and doctoral study at home and abroad. The mentoring covers three selection stages: administration and essay, the scholastic aptitude test, and the substantive selection in the form of an interview. The material is shaped to your goals, from choosing a campus and program, formulating a study plan and contribution, to practicing structured and honest interview answers. Mentors hold master's and doctoral degrees from domestic and overseas campuses, starting from Rp 150,000 per session.
Whatever the format, the mentoring takes you from your first essay to facing the interview panel with confidence.

LPDP selection runs in three stages that filter one after another. Understanding what is assessed at each stage helps you prepare precisely, beyond mere guesswork.
Administrative Selection
Document completeness, meeting requirements, and the quality of the contribution-commitment essay and study plan.
Most common drop-off point: An essay that sounds generic and documents missing one small requirement, two things that disqualify you before deeper assessment.
Scholastic Aptitude Test (TBS)
Verbal, quantitative, and problem-solving reasoning within a limited time, computer-based.
Most common drop-off point: Focusing so much on the essay that you underestimate the TBS, even though many strong applicants are filtered out at this stage.
Panel Interview
Motivation, maturity of the study plan, contribution commitment, and resilience in answering before the panel of examiners.
Most common drop-off point: Rote, stiff answers and a commitment that sounds cliche, easily read by experienced examiners.
Passing one stage decides the step into the next. Mentoring touches all three from the start.
Many applicants only think about the interview after passing the second stage. We prepare all three stages in parallel from the first session, because a strong essay makes interview answers easier, and routine TBS practice eases the load along the way. Mentors help you set your focus according to each stage's deadline.
LPDP opens several pathways so more people have a chance. Understanding the differences helps you choose the door that best fits your background and goals, then prepare its documents precisely.
The most popular general pathway
For whom: General applicants with a bachelor's or master's degree who meet the academic and language requirements, with no special criteria.
Widening equal access
For whom: Applicants from prioritized groups, such as affirmation regions, underprivileged families, persons with disabilities, and Papuan sons and daughters.
For specific strategic needs
For whom: Specific target groups such as civil servants, military, and police, plus priority professions and fields the country needs.
Cooperation with partners and campuses
For whom: Applicants taking a program resulting from LPDP cooperation with specific universities or partner institutions.
Each pathway's terms can change every opening period, so always refer to the latest official LPDP guidelines. In the consultation session, mentors help match your background and goals to the most sensible pathway, then build the essay and document strategy to fit.
The mistakes we see most often, and how mentors train participants to avoid them.
Why it happens
Applicants are tempted to copy the tone of sample essays, so their answers stay generic and fail to portray them.
How we fix it
Mentors mine your specific experiences and plans, then weave them into a contribution story only you could write.
Why it happens
The campus is chosen for prestige or trend, so its courses and research do not support the goal.
How we fix it
We match the program, faculty, and research of the campus to your goals, so the study plan feels logical and well-reasoned.
Why it happens
Many applicants focus fully on the essay and assume the TBS can be done without practice.
How we fix it
Mentors schedule measured TBS practice from the start, so the second stage does not become a damaging surprise.
Why it happens
Fear of being wrong makes applicants memorize a script, so their answers sound stiff and unconvincing.
How we fix it
We train an answering framework and repeated panel simulation, so you speak honestly while staying structured.
Why it happens
Answers like wanting to advance the nation sound good, yet are too general for examiners to remember.
How we fix it
Mentors help formulate a specific, realistic contribution, complete with steps you can start.
