Tutors from Statistics and Actuarial Science guide you to master descriptive statistics, hypothesis testing, and regression. Including data analysis with SPSS and R for your final project. Each session is 90 minutes, at home or online, from Rp 100,000.

Statistics tutoring is private coaching to understand how to collect, present, and interpret data. Its material spans descriptive statistics, probability, and inferential statistics such as hypothesis testing and regression, complete with hands-on data analysis using SPSS or R. It suits high school students, university students, and those working on a thesis.

Our statistics material builds understanding step by step, from reading raw data to interpreting measures of center, so students grasp the meaning before memorizing formulas.
Sorting Data to Find the Median (test scores of 7 students)
Computing the Mean from Total and Count
Reading the First Dataset
Scores of five students: 6, 7, 7, 8, 9.
Question: What is the median and the mode?
Answer: Median 7, mode 7
Students move to the next analysis only after truly understanding how to read basic data, so statistics feels connected and not frightening.
Statistics is easy to misread, and wrong conclusions often grow from a flawed understanding. These five mistakes are the ones we meet most in class.
Why it happens
Students see two things rise together and conclude one causes the other.
How we fix it
Correlation only shows two variables move together. A third factor may drive both, or it may be mere coincidence. Causation demands a controlled experimental design.
Why it happens
Students reach for the mean without checking the shape of the distribution.
How we fix it
With skewed data or outliers, the mean can mislead and the median often represents better. Look at the spread first before choosing a measure of center.
Why it happens
Students equate statistical significance with the size of the effect.
How we fix it
The p-value only measures how likely the result is if the null hypothesis is true. A large sample can make p small even when the effect is tiny. Consider the effect size alongside significance.
Why it happens
Students assume more data is always more representative.
How we fix it
Representativeness is decided by random, proper sampling. A large size alone is not enough if the sampling method is biased.
Why it happens
Students think after five heads, tails becomes more likely.
How we fix it
For independent events like a coin flip, past results do not affect the next probability. The chance of heads stays one half even after five in a row.
Understanding one concept correctly often changes how a student reads all of the data.
Statistics often feels intimidating, and the key is a tutor who teaches the meaning behind the numbers
Our tutors come from Statistics and Actuarial Science, so they understand the logic behind every formula and test.
We stress the meaning of data first, so students know when to use the right test.
Learn directly with SPSS and R using real data, so board theory gets put into practice.
For final-project students, we accompany you from choosing the method to interpreting results.
Material is adjusted, from high-school statistics to coursework and workplace analysis needs.
Data-analysis guidance stays smooth through screen sharing, wherever you are.
Our tutors are students and alumni of Statistics, Actuarial Science, and Data Science from top state universities who are used to working with real data

Statistics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta
Clear descriptive statisticsโGahtan starts from descriptive statistics, from the mean to the spread, so students grasp how to summarize data before drawing conclusions from it.โ

Statistics, Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember
Hypothesis testing step by stepโAliyah guides students through hypothesis testing in order, from stating the null hypothesis to reading the p-value, until the logic is firmly held.โ

Statistics, Universitas Airlangga
Regression and relationships in dataโChaca teaches regression analysis with real examples, so students read relationships between variables without mistaking correlation for causation.โ

Actuarial Science, Universitas Brawijaya
Probability that makes senseโWith an actuarial background, Dhita explains probability with close examples, so the concept feels logical before moving into distributions.โ

Data Science, IMT Atlantique
Data work with softwareโWith a data-science background, Bachtiar guides students to process data with SPSS and R, so statistical theory is applied directly to real data.โ

Statistics, Universitas Negeri Yogyakarta
Statistics for your thesisโA'yun is used to guiding thesis data analysis, from choosing the right test to interpreting the results correctly.โ
I used to avoid the statistics chapter in high school because of all the terms. Mr. Gahtan taught me how to read the data first, so the formulas actually made sense. My test scores rose a lot.
Raffi P.
High School Student โข Jakarta
The Inferential Statistics course nearly made me give up. After Ms. Aliyah guided me from the concept of hypothesis testing, I finally understood and passed with an A.
Nadira S.
Undergraduate Student โข Surabaya
My thesis got stuck on SPSS data analysis. Ms. A'yun patiently walked me from choosing the test to reading the output. The guidance was clear and my analysis chapter finally got done.
Bagas W.
Final-Year Student โข Yogyakarta
I thought regression was just plugging numbers into a formula. Ms. Chaca explained what the results mean and reminded me how correlation differs from causation. My view of data changed.
Intan M.
Undergraduate Student โข Bandung
I work and needed to read sales data. Online classes with Mr. Bachtiar fit perfectly, learning data analysis through screen sharing from home. My reports are now more convincing.
Dimas R.
Employee โข Medan
My child is in grade 12 and needed statistics for the UTBK. The tutor was patient and the practice was focused. My child grew more confident facing data and probability questions.
Mrs. Sari L.
Parent of a High School Student โข Semarang
Probability always confused me. Ms. Dhita explained it with everyday examples until the normal distribution felt logical. My statistics tryout results improved.
Yoga A.
Undergraduate Student โข Depok
As a master's student, I needed correct assumption tests in R. The guidance was meticulous and explained each step. My analysis became something I could defend at the exam.
